SAM Universal stands committed to ensuring that the students are provided with an education that prepares them for attaining the standards and benchmarks laid out by the CBSE Board. It aspires to lay down a set of standards and best practices as paradigms for attaining individual and institutional excellence.

Pre-Primary(Montessori)
Curriculum refers to all the subjects taught in a school and experiences gained by a child in a defined manner.
In Pre-Nursery, the tiny kids get the first insight of a system. Children are provided with interesting age appropriate activities which enhance their development. The areas of development are:-
- Personal, Social and Emotional development.
- Communication, Language and Literary development.
- Problem solving.
- Physical development.
- Creative development.
- Understanding the world.
Learning goals to assess the areas of development with the help of subjects like English, Maths, EVS, Art & Craft, Sports, Montessori lab activities which includes Music & Dance with well-equipped Classes.
Class I & II
The first step to formal education starts from class I where the paradigm of learning and teaching shifts to more result oriented areas which instils creative compatibility and enhances the cognitive, affective and emotional development by studying English, Hindi, Environmental Studies, Computer technology, Art & Craft, Sports, Dance and Music.
Each class room has a Digital Board which makes our classrooms more interactive and helps each Despite to be abreast with the technological advancement in the field of teaching, teaching – learning / education.
Best of Periodical Assessment II & III (of Term II) will be considered to award the final score in Annual Result.


Class III to V
The defined curriculum provides new challenges and enjoyable learning experiences to meet varied needs of children. The curriculum as per the guidelines of CBSE and innovative enhancements from our end means it is more coherent and meaningful from the learners’ point of view.
The teaching-learning process stimulates the learners to go beyond the boundaries of the textbook. The subjects provided are:- English, Maths, Hindi, Science, Social Studies, Computer Application, Moral Science, General knowledge, Art & Craft, Music & Dance.
To provide knowledge and understanding of different languages and literature from Class V. we offered. The curriculum planning ensures the progression in the learning process of the child.
Best of Periodical Assessment II & III (of Term II) will be considered to award the final score in Annual Result.
The assessment structure and examination for classes III to V will comprise of two terms i.e. Term-I and II as explained below:
Class VI to VIII
Subjects offered to classes VI to VIII are English, Hindi, Maths, General Science, Social Science, III Language- Hindi/Tamil, Computer Science, Moral Science, General Knowledge, Music, Art, Dance, Physical Education, various sports and Co-Curricular activities.
To increase the confidence in the students to start preparing for class X Board examination when they join the upper primary stage in class VI, the UNIVERSAL Academic Team has decided to implement NCERT SYLLABUS and the uniform system of assessment, examination pattern and issue of report cards for classes VI to VIII also on the similar pattern. A briefing of the changed structure is given below:

Class IX & X
As you are aware, the CBSE has issued orders on the restoration of Board Examination for class X and revised assessment structure and examination for class X.
New scheme will bring uniformity in the system of assessment and examination for classes IX and X in all the CBSE affiliated schools.
With restoration of class X Board examination, the CBSE will issue the report card for class X based on the Board examination. As the assessment structure and examination pattern for class IX will be similar to that of class X.
